Our Products

1. Color Tolerance

Different customer may have different used machine to suit the pallete. Calibration might cause the difference. We do not cover color difference since every machine and batches may have different settings. If you re-order the exact design, we will try to suit the previous order. The artwork original color to real object color also may have huge gap, this is normal. We will try to suit the color in retina display, but sometimes machines have limited color due to machine ability.

2. Artwork Files

All products are produced in accordance with any artwork files submitted by you. Please ensure that all artwork files are correct. We do not accept responsibility in respect of defective products where the defect is due to an error in the file submitted by you. If you order items that requires templates usages, please only provide .PSD files with provided templates.

3. Sizing and Measurements Guides

If we are making the product to measurements you have given us you are responsible for ensuring that these measurements are correct. We do not accept responsibility in respect of defective products where the defect was due to incorrect measurements provided by you. Size should include charms border and hole and depends on the longest edge, not only the design/artwork size. This includes all of the products, not just the charms. Cutting will also have tolerance for each products. Hands on sizes might have slight difference compared to sizes in computer. Defective caused my tolerance below 5mm (paper) and 10mm (UV products are not legible for complaint.

4. Samples

We have samples to purchase for PAPER ATELIER and ACRYLIC GOODS. The samples might be basic but it's representative enough. 

5. Setting Proofing Design

We willl only do setting proofs before proceed your order to productions via email and you will need to confirm it. Once the proof is approved by you they are deemed to be correct and ready for production. We will not accept liability for any errors that are not corrected once the proof has been authorised by you.

6. Product Proofing 

If you request a proof of artwork to printed products, we will not provide the goods unless its in bulk order (minimal order 500 pcs). Once the proof is approved by you they are deemed to be correct and ready for production. We will not accept liability for any errors that are not corrected once the proof has been authorised by you.

7. Production Period

During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the products to you. We will deliver goods to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order. Please remember the production may involves stuff around quality controls. Production may varies. Counting a lot of errors, quality check and all, one order might take at least a week to be done. If you ordered in bulk that might take longer time. It also depends on what item you ordered. So please if you open PO or have shop deadline or you have to attend con, confirm us beforehand

8. Delayed Production

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received, unless production of your order has commenced and or your order has been marked as 'Production' and has been either fully or partly produced as per your instructions.

9. Shipping

We only accept PAXEL as just both of it are in the terms with us for now. If your area is not covered, we will use other alternatives. If you request any other logistic, we willl not cover your order guarantees at all.
